| Charges
£25/hour is the only rate we charge for all types of computer work undertaken onsite or offsite. We can also quote fixed prices for project type work (please ask) | | We are skilled and equipped to carry out the following services | 1. Troubleshooting: Fixing software or hardware with the aim to cure. If more than an hour is required an assessment will be made and you will be given the options with an
estimated time for completion. (Sometimes we may suggest removing the hardware for certain remedial work)
2. Training: We offer training in the use of all popular software packages like Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer etc. We
also conduct training in numerous other makers products… just ask. We will construct a training course around your exact needs, typically covering 3 sessions of 2 hours duration
3. Internet: We recommend, install and configure internet connections and train you in its use i.e. how to use search engines and how to promote your business online etc…

5. Software: We provide, install and configure all software for you i.e. Windows, Email…
6. Hardware: We recommend, install and configure all hardware for you i.e. Pc’s, Routers…
7. Business: We explain and demonstrate how computer technology can relate to your business and provide you with a competitive advantage
8. Analysis: We conduct an analysis of your business needs to determine requirements and make recommendations
9. Systems: We design purpose made systems customised to meet your exact needs
10. Programming: We offer full programming services in all popular computer languages and others you haven’t heard of!
11. Automation: For industrial and manufacturing processes we can design full fledged SCADA and MIMIC control panels. (If you do not know what this is about, it’s not for you!)
